PUBLIC MEETINGS

Board Member meetings are held in-person and open to the public. No online streaming of meetings are availble at this time. Masks are required and will be provided for those who attend. The 2023-2024 school year Board Member meeting dates are listed below.

Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, being Sections 15.261 to 15.275 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

2023-2024 Meeting Calendar: 

All meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of the month, except when the Academy is on school break, at 5:30 pm and take place at 9301 Michigan Avenue Detroit, MI 48210. The official minutes of all school board meetings are stored and available for inspection at the central office located at 9301 Michigan Avenue Detroit, MI 48210, within 8 business days for proposed minutes and business days for approved minutes.

The Academy shall comply with subtitle A of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Public Law 101-336, 42 USC §12101, et seq., or any successor law. Please contact Barbara Criqui at (248) 582-8100 prior to the meeting.
